Development of Human Resources in the Company

The graduation theses focus on the problems of development, emphasising the part of education of the employees in the company UNISTAV Inc. At present, the management of development of human resources is becoming one of the most important activities of personal work. In the practical part, an analysis of individual stages of the educational system in the company UNISTAV Inc. Attention will be paid to the identification of individual needs, to making the working output more effective, to increasing the competitiveness of the company. On the basis of the results of the analysis, the suggestions aiming towards the changes in the educational system in the point stock company UNISTAV has been made.
Further professional education and development of the XY publishing house's call center employees

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of further professional education and the system of corporate education. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, the basic terms associated with the concept of lifelong learning are defined, with an emphasis on terminology related to further professional education, employee development, human capital and career management. One of the chapters is devoted to the setting of the company education system and education strategies. In the empirical part, the identification of educational needs and the analysis of the system of corporate education of call center employees were carried out. The research was carried out at the XY publishing house in Prague. Based on the obtained data, a competence model of call center workers was designed and subsequently implemented into the employee education strategy. The investigations carried out show that the XY publishing house uses a systematic model of company education - it provides and enables employees to learn in various areas with regard to a specific profession and its qualification and competence requirements. Another professional education and development of employees of the municipal police

The thesis focuses on the identification of the training needs of municipal police employees and defines possible areas of further professional development. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the objectives and mission of the municipal police, its specifics in terms of development and further professional education of employees. Part of the theoretical framework has been developed the issues of lifelong education and learning, motivation for professional development and the possibilities of further professional education of employees or officers. In the empirical part, the educational needs of employees - constables assigned to municipal / city police forces were examined, i.e. analysed and identified, and based on the results, areas of further professional education and development of employees were defined. Emphasis was placed on current societal issues that affect the work of constables. The topic of lifelong learning of officers was viewed through the lens of current technological and knowledge developments. The visual century, as the present era is called, is influenced by geopolitical, global and social aspects. These transformations fundamentally affect the behaviour of people - citizens, but also the officers themselves who oversee the safety of towns and cities....

The aim of bachelor´s thesis is the education of employees in Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o.. The objective of this proposal is to analyze education systém and to design system which would be meant to advance the quality of employees´ education in given company. In theoretical part we will look closer at the meaning of adults´ education. In analysis of the system, there is described chat system of education Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o. uses. Using SWOT analysis, we define the strengths and weaknesses of the education system in the company. In the practical part is realized an analysis of training needs with the help of a questionnaire survey among employees and business representatives. An Employee Education and Development System in a Selected Organization

The goal of this thesis entitled "An Employee Education and Development System in a Selected Organization" is an analysis of the existing education systém in the selected organization, an evaluation its setting and a proposal appropriate measures to eliminate or help eliminate its potential deficiencies. In order to achieve the goal is made part of the initial theoretical work, based on the staging of literature dealing with the issue of staff training. The first chapter presents a general introduction to the education system. It defines the concept of education, describes what areas it covers and explains why it is important for the company to pay due attention to personnel training. Another chapter, entitled "Systematic education" has been closely engaged in the systematic education, which is one of the basic prerequisites of effective staff training. The systematic education defines four key phases of the cycle, namely the identification of training needs, planning education, training and actual implementation of the final phase of evaluating the results of the educational program and assessing its effectiveness. The practical part is devoted to a specific goal of the study, analysis of the education system of the selected organization, which is the Regional Council of South Bohemia. At first the position and scope of the organization within the region are characterized and its organizational structure is described. Then the system of education for officials in this office is mapped . It was found out that this system works in four basic areas such as initial training, ongoing training, proficiency tests and training managers. Individual areas are described in detail, which helps the last phase of work, finding deficiencies and subsequent propose measures for their elimination. These recommendations should lead to greater efficiency and improve the existing system.
